SUMMER INTENSIVE TRAINING CAMP
One of the highlights of each summer is our Summer Intensive training camps that take place in July and August! The 25 hour training camp will help students improve in all areas of their martial arts training!
LEADERSHIP CAMP
The camp focuses on developing leadership skills, self-motivation, and team building. The challenging physical and mental training of the camp is something students will never forget.
TONFA PROGRAM
One of the many special programs Sun Hang Do has to offer is the Tonfa Program. This exciting weapon helps to improve one’s focus and weapon skills and can be seen in demonstrations and competitions throughout the year.
SLEEPOVER AND ACTIVITY NIGHT
Sun Hang Do Student Sleepover and Activity Night is a great way to have the kids have a safe fun night out and for the parents to have a relaxing night off! Exciting martial arts training, a fun movie, challenging games and activities, definitely an event you don’t want to miss!
