Over 60 Sun Hang Do members pushed themselves to the limit this October at SUN HANG DO'S 2008 Discipline Camp. This three day training camp focused on leadership training and teamwork building. Members received exclusive special training from Sun Hang Do's founder Grand Master Kang, who enlightened members on the mental aspect of the art and improved upon their physical discipline. Sun Hang Do's four Masters taught special seminars on sparring, weapons, patterns, and self defence. The knowledge and new friendships forged over the weekend, will help strengthen Sun Hang Do for years to come.
