On Nov. 24, 2007, Sun Hang Do celebrated it's 16th Annual Championship Games at BCIT in Burnaby. The Games brings together the entire Sun Hang Do family for a friendly competition where students demonstrate their skills in patterns, weapons, sparring and the highest kick competition. The event was hi-lighted by the Main Event show, which featured Grand Master, Master, and Black Belt demonstrations. Other hi-lights saw Brandon MacKenney winning the coveted Grand Champion patch, Black Belt certification and testing ceremony and the Instructor drumming team which inspired and wowed the audience.
