On Friday, August 22nd Sun Hang Do performed to an exhilarated crowd of 25000 football fans at B.C. Place Stadium with their exciting half-time demonstration.

The demo team of over 50 black belts put on a spectacular show right from the beginning with some outstanding gymnastics and precision group techniques.

The crowd was treated to a display of fantastic board breaking, incredible self defense techniques and some high-speed freestyle nunchakus action.

The highlight came as Grand Master Kang broke six boards with one arm in one second. He then proceeded to slice a watermelon in half with his sword . . . on top of a student's bare stomach while wearing a blindfold!

Congratualtions to all who performed at this very big and very successful event for Sun Hang Do and a special thank you goes out to all those who practiced so hard to make it all possible. Sun Hang!
